Individual sessions can be attended either face-to-face or via telehealth
Medicare rebates are available for mental health treatment under the Australian Government's Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative (also known as the Mental Health Care Plan). Better Access helps cover the cost of treatment sessions.
NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS)
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to support people with disability to increase their independence and fully participate in community and working life. Treatment can be accessed using your NDIS funding.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
Psychological Support Services (PSS) provides free short term psychological therapy for people that live in the Central and Eastern Sydney region experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, financial hardship and who may not be able to access support through Medicare subsidised psychological services.
Suicide Prevention Services (SPS) are also offered to provide support to people in the community who are at increased risk of suicide or self-harm.
