Situated in the vibrant heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs at Bondi Junction, Dana extends a compassionate and tailored approach to those on a journey towards meaningful transformation. Her commitment to integrative care reflects a passion for addressing mental health holistically, delving into the connection between the mind and body to guide clients through a profound understanding of themselves and navigate their unique challenges. Dana also has a special interest supporting individuals safely process past traumas and triggers, as well as identifying and managing the challenges associated with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Dana takes a client-centered approach, guided by evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Therapy.
Dana also uses the 'Strengthen Social and Emotional Wellbeing Model' and 'Mental Health First Aid for First Nations People' when working with the Indigenous People of Australia.
