Dana provides psychological treatment to adults wide range of mental health difficulties including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, complex-trauma, dissociation and relationship challenges.

Psychological treatment generally consists of an initial consultation and assessment followed by the creation of a personalised treatment plan and subsequent sessions to support you to achieve your therapy goals.

For accessibility and convenience, consultations are provided both in-person and online.

To provide an accessible service, we are committed to ensuring our fees remain below the recommended national standard.
Services
Medicare rebate: To receive the medicare rebate, you will need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) provided by your General Practitioner. A MHTP initially provides 6 rebated psychological sessions followed by an additional 4 sessions, totalling 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. A medicare rebate of $96.65 is provided per session.

Private health insurance: To determine whether you are eligible for a rebate through your private health insurer, please check your current policy or contact your insurer directly. ​
Private sessions: You can also receive mental health support privately without a MHTP.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you might need or want to cancel or change an appointment. Please provide at least 2 business days prior (more than 48 hours') to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. ​Cancellations within 2 business days of the scheduled time, the full consultation fee will be payable.

Cancellation must occur on regular business days, which are Monday through Friday, to be considered sufficient time. For sessions scheduled on Mondays, the cancellation policy does not apply over the weekend. To avoid cancellation fees, notice must be given prior to Thursday.
