Welcome!

I am a Registered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist. My therapeutic approach is holistic, exploring the connection between the mind and body to guide and support you in increasing your self-awareness and navigating your unique challenges. I provide both in-person and online tele-health sessions for convenience and accessibility.

I have a special interest in supporting individuals to safely process past traumas and to identify and manage the challenges associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Together, we will not only address your current challenges but also empower you to become the person you aspire to be.

Whether you prefer face-to-face or virtual consultations, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.

Managing trauma including triggers, flashbacks, mood fluctuations, hyper-vigilance, night terrors and emotionally reactive behaviour.
