I am a Registered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. My approach is holistic and client-centred, integrating the mind-body connection to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

I have a special interest in trauma therapy and use a parts-based approach and EMDR therapy to help clients safely process past experiences. EMDR is a powerful tool that allows you to work through unresolved memories, empowering you to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, authenticity, and confidence.

Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or personal growth, I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space tailored to your unique needs. For accessibility and convenience, I offer both in-person and online sessions.

Worrying thoughts, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias as well as financial, health and relationship anxiety.

DEPRESSION

Low mood and energy. Difficulties with motivation and concentration. Hopelessness and low self-worth. Suicidal ideation and self-harm.

LIFESTYLE

Maintaining wellbeing including sleep, diet and physical activity. Work and academic stress, managing family responsibilities and competing demands.

GRIEF & LOSS

Navigating intense grief, preoccupied thoughts and emotional pain including sorrow, longing, and loneliness.

Identifying an understanding neurodiverse traits. Management of difficulties associated with neurodivergence.

TRAUMA

Managing trauma including triggers, flashbacks, mood fluctuations, hyper-vigilance, night terrors and emotionally reactive behaviour.
