An empathetic and personalised approach for individuals seeking to make meaningful change. 

Dana takes a client-centered and integrative approach guided by evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Therapy.

 

Dana also uses the Strengthen Social and Emotional Wellbeing model and Mental Health First Aid for First Nations People when working with the Indigenous People of Australia.

 

Individual sessions can be attended either face-to-face or via telehealth
